Job Summary:

The IT Technical Project Manager will plan, establish, and manage information technology (IT) projects and will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects. This is a full-time position based in Duluth, GA USA and reports directly to the Sr. Director, IT. 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None currently


  • Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
  • Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
  • Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
  • Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
  • Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.  
  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 
  • Becoming the SME for the OSS / BSS systems of choice supporting and working closely with the financial and HR teams on implementation of the new systems and future requirements. 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Verbal and written fluency in English is required; Fluency in Mandarin and/or experience working with business entities in China is a plus
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration capabilities; final candidate may be required to create and present an actual project-related presentation contingent to an offer of employment
  • Collaborative confidence to manage across organization teams and operations, follow up and escalate accordingly
  • Organized with attention to detail and excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Strong people skills to motivate and manage groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner; ability to build alignment between teams/departments on project deliverables.  

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science-related field 
  • Preference for 8 – 10 years of Project management experience (PMP certification preferred)
  • Experience with MS Project or similar tools
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and working with Agile teams and tools
  • Experience with MS Power Point / Share point / Excel and Word
  • Experience managing and tracking project resources and budget allocation
  • IT background experience working in global organizations delivering IT solutions
  • Experience working with and deploying ERP / HR systems, specifically NetSuite / Workday systems, in a dispersed global business environment
  • Proven history leading long-term “concept to completion” projects to include all phases from discovery and planning to implementation and postmortem.
  • Expertise using project management tools, methodologies and best practices

For USA typically (but not exclusively), Monday-Friday 9am-6pm USA Eastern Time.  Some meetings or calls may be outside the normal schedule due to time zone differences with global business associates.  Schedule may vary slightly by geo location.


This role is based in Duluth, GA at VIDAA International headquarters, and may have a hybrid (remote/office) work plan as appropriate.
