Job Summary:

The Content Operations Specialist at VIDAA will be responsible for day-to-day operations of systems that support our products and tools that enable programming. This role will work closely with Product Managers, Content Specialists and Engineering teams to support the product performance and product development functions. The Content Operations Specialist reports directly to the Programming and Audience Development Lead.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage all legacy and current version App configuration tables and documents, based on number of countries and chip sets 
  • Work directly with Partner Engagement and Business Development team on Regional Application Management by tracking, documenting and configuring the priority and placement of CSPs in the launcher in each country
  • Work with engineering and CSP teams on content integration reviews and planning
  • Manage all content configurations in Asset Management Services to make it available for programming
  • Work directly with the Content team and identify all necessary metadata attributes before integration begins
  • Manage and maintain all operational tasks related to Search capabilities including configuration of content, new requirements 
  • Manage and maintain all operational tasks related to Voice Search including configuration of content, general sliders and genre.
  • Create and distribute data reports for various stakeholders including BD, Product and Editorial
  • Gather data requirements and work directly with engineering team to validate
  • Create and maintain all system operational documentation
  • Manage configurations to ACR, E-Manual including all languages, and default channel lists
  • Work with Product Managers, Content Team and Marketing on all programming and management of on device notifications and other messaging

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 1-3 years of product operations, technical experience, detailed task planning and execution experience
  • Able to work on several projects simultaneously and possess the ability to switch between them seamlessly
  • Able to negotiate with multiple groups and balance evolving priorities 
  • Excellent oral/written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage up accordingly
  • Experience in research by combination of quantitative data and qualitative user insights.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to safely lift up to 15 pounds at a time.

Schedule: 

Typically (but not exclusively), Monday-Friday 9am-6pm USA Eastern Time.  Some meetings or calls may be outside the normal schedule due to time zone differences with global business associates.

Location:

This role is based in Duluth, GA at Vidaa USA, Inc. headquarters, and may also be a hybrid work position.
